Sisters & Grace was founded on a simple conviction: Grace changes everything.

We live in a world that often finds reasons to divide. We disagree over churches, generations, appearances, politics, opinions, and life experiences. Too often, those differences keep us from truly knowing one another.

But we believe God calls us to something greater. We believe His grace changes how we see Him, how we see ourselves, and how we see one another.

Our foundation is not that we agree on everything, but that we have all been saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Because of that, Sisters & Grace exists to create a place where every woman can walk through the doors and see herself here.

Regardless of age.

Regardless of appearance.

Regardless of ethnicity.

Regardless of church background.

Regardless of where she is in her faith journey.

Every woman deserves to know she is welcome.

Every woman deserves to know she belongs.

So, every month we gather together because women need one another.

In a world where conversations have too often been replaced by social media comments, and connection has too often been replaced by social media comparison, we choose something different.

We choose to sit across the table.

To open God’s Word. To listen. To pray. To laugh. To carry burdens together. To celebrate victories together. To encourage one another.

To discover that none of us was ever meant to walk through life alone. God gave us sisters.

Social media may allow us to share pictures of our lives, but it can never replace being truly known.

Too many women silently compare their everyday lives to someone else’s highlight reel and begin believing they are the only one struggling.

At Sisters & Grace, we believe healing begins when women stop pretending, share their stories, and discover they were never alone after all.

Because grace doesn’t grow in isolation.

Grace grows in relationship.

We want Sisters & Grace to be A place where women receive grace, grow in faith, and discover they belong… and then become the woman who finds a chair for someone else.

Because grace changes everything.

I hope a woman who comes searching for friendship eventually discovers something even greater- the joy of helping another woman find that she belongs.

There will be seasons when we need to stop and ask ourselves a hard question: Are we still becoming the ministry God called us to be?

If we ever find ourselves more interested in building our reputation than building God’s Kingdom…

If we ever become more concerned with attendance than transformation…

If we ever focus so much on fun that we neglect growing in Christ…

If we ever stop seeing the woman who quietly walked through our doors looking for hope…

Then it is time to refocus and to return to Christ and the mission he placed on our hearts.

Because Sisters & Grace has always been about pointing women to Christ.

We are human, and sometimes we will miss. Sometimes a woman will leave feeling unseen or misunderstood.

When that happens, may we always respond with humility, grace, and a willingness to learn.

May we never become defensive. May we never lose sight of the woman searching for hope.

And may we never forget that every one of us still stands in need of God’s grace.

- The ladies of Sisters & Grace

When I first imagined Sisters & Grace, I wanted women to find a place where they belonged. A place where they were welcomed, loved, and accepted - a place where they could grow in God’s Word, build genuine friendships, and experience His grace.

But I pray that belonging is never the destination. I pray it becomes the beginning.

My hope is that every woman grows closer to God. As she studies His Word, experiences His grace, and walks alongside other women in faith, I pray she discovers her unique gifts, and the purpose God has placed within her, Because I believe God created every woman with unique gifts, experiences, and purpose—not simply for herself, but for others.

I hope she realizes that her greatest fulfillment isn’t found in asking, “Do I belong?” but in asking, “Who can I welcome?” “Who needs encouragement?” “Who needs someone to sit beside her today?”

Because that’s what grace does. -  It draws us closer to Christ. And as we grow closer to Him, our hearts naturally begin to turn outward.

My prayer has never been that women would simply love Sisters & Grace.

My prayer is that they would discover God in deeper ways because of it.

That they would be able to look back and say,

“God met me exactly where I needed Him.”

“He provided something I didn’t even realize I was missing.”

“And through that…”

“I grew.”

I grew in Christ.

I grew in wisdom.

I grew in self-awareness.

I grew in confidence.

I grew in humility.

I grew in grace.

And as I grew…

I found the joy of helping another woman grow, too.

“A woman walks into Sisters & Grace wondering if she belongs. She walks out knowing she is loved by God, growing in Christ, and becoming the woman who helps the next woman belong.”

Because Grace Changed Everything.
